This new hot-runner nozzle tip from HRSflow features a copper bushing within a steel-alloy flow channel.

Three-layer tip This new hot-runner nozzle tip from HRSflow features a copper bushing within a steel-alloy flow channel. The design allows for increased temperature at the gate, which improves the processing of materials such as resins reinforced with glass fiber. The tip is especially suited for automotive lighting applications and other injection molded parts with stringent cosmetic requirements.

What's new? The tip, which HRSflow introduced at the K show.

Benefits Reduced wear of the nozzle tip and improved part quality. Consistent temperatures prevent flow imbalances, part warping and flow marks.
