Milacron Holdings Corp. has announced in its latest quarterly report that its Uniloy blow molding business qualifies as a discontinued business.
In the same report, the company showed sales of $248.7 million, a decrease of 13.9 percent from the same period last year, as part of its 2019 first-quarter results report.
Operating earnings were up, reaching $25.9 million versus $23.2 million for the same quarter a year ago, an increase of 11.6 percent. Orders were at $275.3 million, down 10.8 percent on an as-reported basis. Adjusted net income was $19.1 million in the first quarter, down from $27.9 million a year ago.
