The smallest of Intravis’ inspection technologies, the new IntraOne employs a single camera to check for particular, individual features on bottles, preforms, containers and closures.

IntraOne This system, the smallest of Intravis’ inspection technologies, employs a single camera to check for particular, individual features on bottles, preforms, containers and closures. For example, it can check for the presence and accuracy of laser engravings on the inner top plate of standard beverage caps, or it can spot contamination and defects involving colors and contours.

What’s new? Availability of a color camera as standard equipment. The IntraOne also now has a trigger-based photographing module. This allows users to specify the time interval for snapping pictures; users might, for instance, choose to trigger the camera based on the speed of the conveyor on which products are traveling.

Benefits More inspection flexibility. With the trigger-based module, the IntraOne can handle changing belt speeds.
