PF36 Featuring the company’s proprietary Vision1 control system, which allows for reduced dry cycle times and increased productivity, Nissei ASB’s new stretch blow molding machine series includes four models for production of containers from resins such as PET and polylactic acid. They are sized to make everything from single-serving beverage bottles to containers for oil and chemicals. The series is based on the company’s 1.5-step blow molding process, which allows manufacturers to make both preforms and final containers within the same machine.

What’s new? The series, which made its debut in October at the China Brew, China Beverage show in Shanghai, where Nissei ASB showed off the PF36/36-600.

Benefits Speed, efficiency and increased output. Because they can produce both preforms and final containers, the PF36 machines take up about a fourth of the space of comparable two-step blow molding layouts. Designed for integration into the Industrial Internet of Things, they are capable of precise, stable molding, with productivity that’s 1.5 times to 1.9 times higher than the company’s previous model.
