Blow molding machines 1Blow’s lineup of stretch blow molding equipment includes nine different machine platforms capable of producing PET bottles in a wide range of shapes and sizes. The machines, which include models configured to handle molds with one, two, four, five or six cavities, have maximum throughputs ranging from 1,000 to 9,000 bottles per hour.

What’s new? A tiered user-access system. This optional feature employs color-coded key fobs (inset) and a radio-frequency identification (RFID) transponder affixed near the machine’s HMI to allow each operator the appropriate level of access to the controls. Available on all nine types of 1Blow machines, the feature can be installed in the factory or retrofitted on existing machines.

Benefits Security. Blow molding companies can customize access to the machine controller for each employee, depending on the requirements of his or her job.
