IntraOptimizer Intravis’ new software for gathering and analyzing data can be set up to work in conjunction with any of the company’s inline inspection systems for plastics processing. The software makes recommendations in the event that process conditions exceed certain thresholds, and based on the decisions operators make, it hones future recommendations.

What’s new? The software, which Intravis displayed at K 2019 running in conjunction with a CapWatcher Q-Line, designed for the inspection of common bottle-closure features, such as threads and tamper-evident bands.

Benefits Standardization and further automation of the injection molding process. By making recommendations to address errors, the software ensures that all machine operators make the same decisions to improve and optimize the process.
