Hahn Group has acquired all patents and trademarks of Rethink Robotics, the Boston manufacturer of collaborative robots that closed abruptly in October. Based in Rheinböllen, Germany, Hahn plans to continue developing Rethink's technology — which included the Baxter cobot and Intera software platform — and meld it with German engineering and know-how.
Hahn Robotics became a distribution partner with Rethink Robotics in 2016.
