eFactor3 names David Quinn as regional sales manager

David Quinn has been named regional sales manager for eFactor3, a Pineville, N.C., supplier of compounding machines and turnkey recycling and waste-handling systems. He has a 25-year career in sales, with more than 15 of those years in the waste and recycling industry.
