Beier America is the exclusive North American distributor for Beier Machinery Co., Zhangjiagang, China. The new SJZ extruders are manufactured in China according to Beier America’s specifications.

The North American models include high-end gearboxes made by Sun Lung Gear Works Co. Ltd., Tainan, Taiwan.

The new gearboxes offer:

low-friction operation and long life;

transmission efficiency of greater than 97 percent;

a high torque rating of greater than 11,000 newton meters;

and quiet operation, with noise levels under 70 decibels.

Features include:

Siemens motors, drives and optional Siemens PLCs;

vacuum pumps manufactured by Speck Pumpen Verkaufsgesellschaft GmbH, Neunkirchen am Sand, Germany;

slide-out vacuum components for easy access;
