Golden Run software helps maximize efficiency

Dec. 1, 2019
Users can follow its analysis to replicate the inputs necessary to produce at maximum efficiency, and run at that high level of efficiency for longer.
Golden Run This software from Oden Technologies uses artificial intelligence to analyze data from extrusion or injection molding lines. Oden hardware uploads data to a cloud storage point from each machine in a line and, in some cases, ambient conditions. From there, Golden Run weighs the results and provides recommendations through the OdenLabs platform. As an example, the company said Golden Run could look at the data from two days of a stable production run, focus on the 15 minutes of optimum efficiency achieved during the run, and define the parameters that were used to reach that level of efficiency.

What’s new? The software.

Benefits Optimized processing. Rather than tweaking parameters throughout a run, users can follow the data Golden Run presents to replicate the inputs necessary to produce at maximum efficiency, and run at that high level of efficiency for longer. The more historical data that Golden Run acquires, the better it can help optimize processes.
