A new desktop viewing booth helps users achieve consistent color matching.
MiniMatcher-2436e This desktop viewing booth from GTI Graphic Technology Inc. allows designers, brand owners and production staff to evaluate products under a variety of lighting sources. It is configured with four standard lighting sources – daylight, fluorescent, ultraviolet and incandescent  and a fifth lighting source that can be one of a variety of types, including LED.

What’s new? Size. GTI said the MM-2436e fills a gap in the market for an affordable 36-inch-wide multi-source viewing booth.

Benefits Consistent, accurate color matches, ease of use and cost competitiveness. The $2,895 booth helps users ensure that the color of their parts is on spec. One-touch sequencing lets users program the booth to sequence through different light sources for fixed periods of time to assist in color testing. An optional monitoring system, the ColorGuard II, tracks usage of each light source and notifies users when it is time to replace a lamp.
