Vf nozzles The nozzles in this new multicavity line from mold and hot-runner specialist Oerlikon HRSflow are suitable for producing caps and closures weighing between 0.95 gram and 2.4 grams in fast cycles. They provide consistent processes and product qualities, fast color changes and system restarts, and particularly short cycle times. Based on its broad experience, Oerlikon HRSflow, which has made systems with up to 96 cavities, has designed the nozzles in such a way that even complex systems can be optimally tuned without much effort.
What’s new? The nozzles, part of a portfolio of new innovations introduced by Oerlikon HRSflow at the K Show. They will be commercially available beginning in January.
