Mold & Die Micro Tig Welder U6 - 110V This welder can be used to repair parting lines, mold seams, three-point corners and edges. It is preprogrammed for use with steel, aluminum and copper, and users can simply select the program with the optimal weld pulse and time lapse for their required mold repair operation. It comes with an adjustable, magnetic 10X microscope with integrated LED lighting, a set of 0.6mm, 0.8mm and 1 mm electrodes, electrode sharpener, ground cables and argon gas regulator. Made by Gesswein, a German company based in the U.S. in Bridgeport, Conn., the welder is available through PCS. It retails for about $13,000.
