SA Series HRSflow’s new SA-series hot-runner nozzles feature a special design for the tip and end ring. This design optimizes the temperature in the gate area, making the nozzles suited for handling engineering polymers with a narrow processing window. The nozzles are appropriate for molding applications that need frequent color changes or for parts that require high-quality surfaces; they also can process glass-fiber-reinforced plastics. SA-series nozzles come in open and valve-gate versions.

What’s new? The series, which features the smallest nozzles in the company’s portfolio. They are designed for molding parts with a maximum shot weight of 1 gram and walls thinner than 1mm.

Benefits High flow rates and a compact design. Additionally, the screwed-in nozzles minimize the possibility of leaks.
