HRScool This temperature-management system for injection molds from HRSflow uses insulating support columns and a telescopic cover, made of a highly conductive material and placed between the cylinder and the mold plate, to reduce the input of heat from the hot runner to the cylinder housing. This enables maximum heat dissipation from the cylinder to the cold platen.

What’s new? The cooling system, which has been on the market since the spring.

Benefits Quicker heat dissipation and better cooling. The technology eliminates the need for cooling lines, channels and connections otherwise required for active cooling. It takes up less space in the mold than traditional approaches and is cheaper and easier to assemble, install and maintain. The system achieves optimal, uniform temperatures across a hot-runner system, ensuring the production of high-quality parts.
