Ejector sleeves Made of 1.2210 hardened steel, Model E 1723 ejector sleeves from Meusburger are designed for use in injection molds. They are manufactured according to the ISO 8405 standard for ejector sleeves with cylindrical heads and come in a variety of standard sizes.

What’s new? The design. E 1723 ejector sleeves are made without the typical sharp step between the opening diameter of the sleeve and the narrower guiding diameter farther in the sleeve. Stepless sleeve ejectors are a new product for Meusburger.

Benefits Damage-free ejector pins. Because the abrupt change between diameters has been eliminated, ejector pins are protected from damage that can shorten their life and lead to material leaks.
