Hürner welding system is flexible, precise

HWT 400-CS This servo-operated butt-welding workshop system from Hürner, Schweisstechnik GmbH, Mücke, Germany, can produce segmented bends and fittings for a range of pipes with any standard dimension ratio and an outer diameter of up to 14 inches. The system is fitted with cast-aluminum clamping jaws, and can work with PE, PP, polyvinylidene fluoride (PVDF), PVC and chlorinated PVC (CPVC) pipe. Each of the swiveling clamping jaws — one located on either side of the machine — can be rotated up to 22.5 degrees, and they feature horizontal adjustability, to allow users to compensate for any misalignments. A servo motor controls the high-fusion pressures for PVC and CPVC fitting fabrication. Wegener is the exclusive distributor for Hürner’s products in the United States and Canada.
