EFactor3 LLC, a Charlotte, N.C.-based supplier of compounding machines and turnkey recycling and waste-handling systems, announced it has hired Bradley Donnelly as its general sales manager.
Donnelly brings more than 17 years of experience in heavy equipment to his new role, having worked at Caterpillar Inc., Hyster Yale Group and most recently at Terex Advance.
He has racked up a list of accolades over his career, including serving on Caterpillar’s Minneapolis District team that won the Chairman Sales Award and increasing new customer growth by 25 percent at Terex.
His background includes experience in sales and marketing, dealer development, operations and management, parts and service, and rentals – which eFactor3 said will strengthen its sales team and the entire organization.
