Software gets better interface

The latest software release from CGTech, Composites 8.1, debuted in March and includes both programming and simulation functions for automated fiber placement and automated tape-laying machinery used to make composite parts.

Vericut Composite Programming and Vericut Composite Simulation will work with gantry and robot-style machines.

What's new? The 8.1 version of the software. It includes enhancements such as a completely redesigned graphical interface, enhanced report and advanced collision avoidance.

Benefits Automated file management and processing for the entire laminate via the software's laminate manager. Also, the machine-independent programming and simulation software are compatible with machines from a wide range of makers.
