Hasco offers spiral cooling components that transport cooling media into the core of an injection mold.
Cooling components Hasco’s spiral cooling components transport cooling media into the core of an injection mold. The spiral design rapidly transfers heat for effective cooling and homogeneous temperature distribution.

What’s new? Versions made from brass. The Z960 single-threaded brass component has a single flow path for the cooling media; the Z9610 double-threaded model has two flow paths. The components can withstand temperatures up to 482 degrees Fahrenheit.

Benefits Corrosion resistance. Suitable for use with water, steam, oil and air, the components are resistant to electrochemical corrosion, reducing the need for maintenance.
