Twist 700 This thermoformer from WM Thermoforming features in-mold trimming and has a tilting lower platen that moves without mechanical cams. Designed for producing dairy containers, tubs, disposable cups and lids, the Twist 700 is fully automated with an integrated stacking system and a maximum speed of 50 cycles per minute. The machine features infrared heaters and an integrated cooling system with temperature monitoring for process stability.

What’s new? A new-generation ball screw driven by a high-speed motor.

Benefits Better product transparency and mechanical characteristics. The machine’s new ball screw and motor increase its plug-assist force and speed. This results in better distribution of the material inside the mold cavity for products with no plug marks. Also, the machine now can handle sheets up to 3mm thick.
